Spielbeschreibung

Monsters of Terror is an arcade top-down shooter similar to Wizard of Wor. Up to four players run are put in a maze filled with roaming enemies, with the objective of shooting them all down while staying alive. Bonus items appear at random in different parts of the maze, and more monsters spawn after the initial crowd has been dealt with.

The game was developed for the Amiga AGA and for IBM PC DOS, partially based on Tubular Worlds code. Apparently, only the Amiga version was completed, which is now available as a free download from the authors' website. Originally, Monsters of Terror was distributed as shareware for both platforms. The DOS shareware demo includes one level, with over 10 maps in the full Amiga version.
