Spielbeschreibung

Super Qube Hopper is a shareware remake of the classic arcade hit Q*bert. The player's objective is to navigate "Qubey" across a field of boxes, recolouring them as Qubey jumps on each box' surface. This is made complicated by two unfriendly creatures that appear on the field and roam around -- Qubey must avoid them at all costs! The game is controlled with either mouse, joystick or a Gravis Gamepad.

Super Qube Hopper was sold as shareware. The unregistered version contains just one level and the player has two lives, with eight levels and five lives in the full game. The Multi-Media Edition adds background music, as well as digitized speech that spells out the game title, menu options and such -- a pointless and annoying gimmick that adds nothing to the game but noticeably bloats the game download size.

The game also includes a level editor, but the unregistered version does not allow to save user-created boards.
