This game requires a joystick and cannot be played without it. You can set DOSBox to emulate a joystick, but without proper controls you'll only be able to watch the self-running demo part.

Spielbeschreibung
This is the third game in a moderately successful series of football (soccer) management/simulation titles. The playing field is presented in an isometric view with hand-drawn player animations, visually rather similar to EA Sports' FIFA International Soccer, which came out the same year.
Kick Off 3 offers over 30 teams (all fictional), match and league games, as well as several championships. The game can be played in arcade or simulation mode, the former geared towards less experienced players.
The interactive demo offers a single match game against the AI or another player. You can also watch the game play against itself in demo mode.
