Spielbeschreibung

PretzelDash replicates the look&feel of classic Bouler Dash. You control a little cartoon piggy out to eat a lot of Pretzels (a type of German pastry for those not familiar with the name) in mazes full of falling boulders and other unpleasant things. Often, a timer is ticking and you need to mop up all Pretzels and reach the exit before the time runs out.

The game was evidently made for Boulder Dash fans, and as such it is not recommended to beginners or anyone who does not particularly enjoy this kind of gameplay. Pretzel Dash was never completed, and in its current state, the game only includes 10 "tutorial" levels which may be played in any order.

PretzelDash is freeware, but in a questionable design decision, the developers left a permanent watermark with their web address at the bottom of the screen (the game was made in 2000, so maybe they thought it was cool). The result looks almost like deliberate defacing of the generally pretty-looking visuals, perhaps intended at some point to be an incentive to register the full game? At any rate, give this a try if you're a fan of classic Boulder Dash.
